Great site! Researching my G. Grandfather, Henry N. Thompson who first married Margaret (Maggie) F Iron of Marion around 1880, Moved to Knoxville TN and back to Marion with their daughters, Effie and Fannie when Maggie passed away. Marrying Carrie Francis of Marion in 1900, producing 5 sons between 1903 and 1911 and moving to Cincinnati Oh in the teens. He was born in either NY or Puerto Rico, and his father was born in France or Spain and his mother probably Spain. A name change from La Vie??? to Thompson. Looking for his early history and parentage.
